Gig Work
Hourly Rate Starting @ $30.00
- One-hour minimum requirement, even for a 15-minute task
- Gigs booked on a week by week basis
- Price will vary, depending on complexity
- After 1st hour, I charge by the half hour, as follows below:
- 1 - 30 minutes = $15.00 (or 1/2 hourly rate)
- 31 - 60 minutes = $30.00 (or full hourly rate)
Monthly Services
Flat Fee Starting @ $50.00
- Any web development task performed on a monthly basis
- Database maintenance
- Miscellaneous updates to website content, including wordpress sites
- Platform patching - updating software
- Price will vary, depending on need and complexity
- Recurring payment due same day, each month
Mileage & Fee Structure
Hourly Transportation Gigs
- Includes all transportation services EXCEPT airport transportation
- Fee increases by location (each additional 5 miles = $5.00), to cover cost of mileage, gas, wear & tear, plus service
- Hourly Rate = $30.00 --> 1 - 5 mile radius
- Hourly Rate = $35.00 --> 5.1 - 10 mile radius
- Hourly Rate = $40.00 --> 10.1 - 15 mile radius (and so on)
Transportation Gigs
Hourly Rate Starting @ $30.00
- 1-hour minimum requirement - no exceptions
- Initial hourly rate determined by BOTH pickup location AND dropoff location in relation to departure location: Carmel Creek Apartments
- Time begins: at departure of home office
- Time ends: at arrival of home office
- Photo taken: at start & at end of each trip, to capture time & mileage - photos available upon request
- Rates subject to change w/ gas price increase
Airport Transportation: Tier 2
Location within 10.1 - 20 mile radius
- Flat fee includes mileage, premium gas, wear & tear on vehicle, plus service
- $70.00 one way OR $135.00 roundtrip - applies to weekdays
- Price increases by $5.00 for each of the following: SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS, HOLIDAYS including week of Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year & Monday-Sunday BETWEEN HOURS: 8PM-8AM
Airport Transportation: Tier 1
Location within 1 - 10 mile radius
- Flat fee includes mileage, premium gas, wear & tear on vehicle, plus service
- $60.00 one way OR $115.00 roundtrip - applies to weekdays
- Price increases by $5.00 for each of the following: SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS, HOLIDAYS including week of Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year & Monday-Sunday BETWEEN HOURS: 8PM-8AM

- All payments due at end of service
- Cash or Venmo accepted
- Must book roundtrip services @ initial time of booking, to receive discounted fees - $5.00 off

- Accomodations: 1 - 4 passengers + room for luggage in trunk

- Clean driving record + valid auto insurance
- Vehicle takes premium gas - fees will fluctuate based on current gas prices (Note: increase of $5.00 as of end of March 2022)

Late Fees
To Ensure Timely Payments
- All payments due same day as service
- If payment is not received by 11:59pm, day of service, a late fee will be assessed for the following:
- Hourly rate services, rate will be doubled
- Monthly services, flat fee will be doubled
- Airport transportation services, $25.00 will be added to total fee due
- All web development services, $50.00 will be added to total fee due
